Tracy Borman
Tuesday 25th June 16:00 (60 Min)
IPGL Stage
As Chief Curator of Historic Royal Palaces, Tracy Borman has enjoyed unparalleled access to some of the world’s most iconic sites, including the Tower of London, Hampton Court and Kensington Palace. For almost 1,000 years, they have played host to countless events that changed the course of British history, from the execution of Anne Boleyn to the interrogation of the Gunpowder Plotters. In this illustrated talk, Tracy will lead the audience behind closed doors to explore the more hidden history of the palaces, including the secret rooms where Elizabeth I dabbled in the dark arts and some recently unearthed skeletons at the Tower of London.
